Burping, belging, bloating, having low stomach acid & dangers of antacids

We all burp, we all get bloated, or belging. The problem is half of us don't know why. Well I've learned this now. We have stomach acid known as hydrochloride (HCL), that breaks down our foods, carbohydrates, etc. When you don't have enough of it, then we have those issues, that's why! As you hit age 35 and up, that acid slows down. When you reach for the tums, it makes it all worse because it neutralizes the acid, weakens everything, therefore you have no acid. The burping and things continue. If you have low stomach acid or somehow deplete it, you can become Vitamin B12 deficient, calcium deficient and protein deficient. You want to supplement your acid. When you go to the hospital, they may still give you antacids to calm you down, but it makes it worse people! You need that acid for digestion. Now when you get GERD or heart burn like I do, it may be hard, you may decide to still reduce your acid, but you don't want. Just drink milk or something to coat your stomach, or fix your eating habits, and slow down your GERD!
